Charles Willard Potter, son of Terry Uriah and Carolyn (Parrott) Potter, was born September 10, 1969, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.   He grew up and attended school in Ottumwa. Chuck later made his home in Phoenix, Arizona.

Chuck drove a truck locally and over the road for over 20 years. He enjoyed playing guitar, frisbee golf, and singing karaoke. He particularly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Charles lost his battle with cancer on Friday, October 16, 2020, in Bayard, Iowa.  He was 51 years of age.

He was preceded in death by father Terry U. Potter and a brother Jeffrey A. Potter.

Charles is survived by his mother Carolyn Potter of Bayard, IA; sisters:  Mary Potter (Gerald Porter) of Bloomfield, IA; Tammi (Gabe) Werbil of Phoenix, AZ; four nieces, one nephew and eleven great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
