Dale A. Swanson

Dale Allen Swanson, son of Richard and Shirley (Schroeder) Swanson, was born on June 19, 1956, in Iowa. He grew up in Manilla and attended school through the 10th grade and later worked as a Shift Supervisor for AGP.

Dale passed away at his home in Manning on March 20, 2025, having attained the age of 68 years, 9 months and 1 day. In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his sisters Wanda Andreasen and Rebecca Jepsen.

He is survived by his 3 children: Heather (Andrew) Eischeid of Manning, Shawn Swanson of Pella, and Cody (Debra) Swanson of Manning; 6 grandchildren: Kennedy, Keagan, and Monroe Eischeid, Lincoln Swanson, and Blayze and Lexie Swanson; significant other, Lori Borkowski of Manning; other relatives and friends.

A small private Celebration of Life, for family and close friends, will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025.
