Elliot Edward George Shumate

Elliot Edward George Shumate, son of Star Lahr and Trevor Shumate of Manilla, was stillborn on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll. Funeral services are 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 4, 2015, at Ohde Funeral Home in Manilla, where visitation will be from 12 noon until service time. Burial will be in Nishnabotna Cemetery near Manilla.
Elliot’s family includes his parents Star Lahr and Trevor Shumate of Manilla; a brother Ehzriah Lahr; Grandparents: Rochelle and Jeremy Damon of Manilla; George and Sheyanne King of Rockwell City; Melissa Steward of Sioux City; and John Shumate of Spirit Lake; Great-grandparents: Diane Lahr of Manilla; Shirley King of Rockwell City; Peggy Shumate of Dunlap; and Bonnie Coleman of Onawa; and by numerous aunts and uncles and other relatives.
