Ruth Harvey, age 95, of Manning, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at the Manning Plaza Nursing Home in Manning. No public service are being planned at this time. Ohde Funeral Home in Manning is assisting with arrangements.
Ruth is survived by three children: Judy Meyer of Harlan; Steve Harvey of Grimes and Debbie Grimm of Rochester, Minnesota.
