Tamara Sue, daughter of Ronald and Janice (Long) Smith, was born November 26, 1958, at Manning, Iowa. Tammy grew up in Coon Rapids and graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 1977.    On March 18, 1978, Tammy was united in marriage with Ed Kautzky at the First Christian Church in Coon Rapids. Four children were born to this union. Tammy and Ed made their home in Coon Rapids where Tammy first worked at the Coon Rapids Pharmacy and then Thomas Rest Haven as a certified nurse' s assistant. She also cared for her grandchildren in her home.    Tammy was a member of the First Christian Church in Coon Rapids. She enjoyed crocheting, reading books, baking, jigsaw puzzles and vegetable and flower gardening. Most special to Tammy were her family and friends, especially her children and grandchildren.    Early in the morning of Thursday, January 12, 2006, Tammy was suddenly and unexpectedly called to Heaven from her home in Coon Rapids. She was 47 years, 1 month and 24 days of age. Tammy gave in death as she gave in life; she was a tissue donor.    Tammy's grandparents precede her in death.    She is survived by her husband Ed Kautzky of Coon Rapids; four children: Amy and husband Rich Wiskus of Carroll; Eddie Kautzky and wife Candace of Madrid; Lindsay Kautzky and Jacob Kautzky of Coon Rapids; four granddaughters: Shyla, Brittany and Shelbi Wiskus and Alexis Kautzky; her parents Ronald and Janice Smith of Coon Rapids; brothers and sisters: Mike Smith and wife Deb of Coon Rapids; Tim Smith and wife Sue of Alden; Jimmy and Kathy Long of Coon Rapids; Peggy Reineke of Coon Rapids; Kevin Long of Granada Hill, CA; aunts and uncles: Dwight and Betty Jean Smith of Guthrie Center; Gayle Schultz of Adel; Roger and Paula Smith of Littleton, CO; Allen and Marilyn Long of Bayard; Larry and Linda Long of Bayard; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
